Another delicious lunch at the Tilted Barrel. Great village pub and restaurant serving consistently high quality food. Would recommend the Ploughman's lunch, fish pie, fish and chips or cauliflower steak, plus any of the sandwiches. Having said that, I've never had a disappointing meal here, so take your pick from the extensive menu.

Went to the Barrel last with friends. As always staff friendly & welcoming. We had a lovely two course meal, we ladies chose the crab as a main and it delicious!! The men chose Beef pie & Tuscan Salmon. Clean plates had by all. Thank you again for a lovely meal enjoying the weather with the doors open. Not forgetting bar staff again friendly & welcoming. See you soon !

Great food, really tasty everytime and well presented. Always good desserts on offer too. Decent cocktails. I love that they have the entertainment on Thursdays and the pub has a great atmosphere. Recommend coming here for food on special occasions if wanting to go local.

Can’t wait for this place to re-open, missing a pint in the bar after our walks and the great food in Russell’s. We’ve ate here on numerous occasions and never had a bad meal so would definitely recommend...friendly and knowledgable staff too. Roll on lifting restrictions and getting some normality back.

We booked a meal for my Dad's Birthday last week and we can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. From the minute we walked in the service was impeccable and the staff and owners were so friendly. They recommended dishes and the quality of the food was superb. The desserts... Well absolutely beautiful, Leanne you are a talent! All round a great place to eat and drink. Highly recommended. Thank you from us all x

Our first visit on Sunday ( 11/05/2025 ) We sat outside with our Great Dane and just had the most lovely starters and lunch ( and a few free biscuits for Ted ). The staff were super friendly and the food excellent. Will definitely visit you again soon. Many thanks Phil, Jayne & Teddy 🐾🐾
